Tennessee Minors File First Class-Action Claiming xAI’s Grok Created Child Sex Images

On 17 Mar 2026 three Tennessee plaintiffs asked a Northern California court to certify a nationwide class against Elon Musk’s xAI, alleging its Grok image model lacked standard safety blocks and generated deep-fake child sexual abuse material from their real photos.
