Anthropic Pledges $100 B Cloud Spend on AWS as Amazon Adds Up to $25 B Stake

In a single package deal unveiled 21 April 2026, Anthropic bound itself to Amazon for a decade—committing more than $100 billion in AWS purchases while Amazon wires $5 billion now and promises up to $20 billion more if revenue targets are met.
