Pyongyang Inaugurates Kursk War Memorial, Agrees to 2027-31 DPRK-Russia Military Pact

On 26 Apr 2026 Kim Jong Un opened a museum for North Korean troops killed in Russia’s Kursk fighting and, with visiting Russian defense chief Andrei Belousov, pledged deeper ties including a formal 2027-2031 military-cooperation plan.
