Back-to-Back Drone Strikes Shut CPC Tanker Loadings off Novorossiysk

Drone hits on civilian tankers recall the 1984–1988 Iran-Iraq “Tanker War,” when over 400 vessels were attacked in the Persian Gulf to strangle adversaries’ oil revenues; once again small, cheap airborne weapons are challenging expensive, slow maritime assets.
