Nepal Lodges First Climate-Damage Compensation Claim on India, China & US after 26 Aug ‘Himalayan Tsunami’

Climate blame-shifting is not new: after the 2013 Uttarakhand flood India debated suing big emitters, and low-lying states led by Vanuatu floated liability claims in the 1990s, but none sent formal bills.
